I can't see the "create an issue" option on my next gen scrum board

I have a next-gen scrum board with an active sprint, but for some reason I can't see the +create issue option.

I saw the documentaiton that says - "Note that if you have Sprints enabled, you won’t be able to create issues directly on your board until you’ve started a sprint."

I do have a sprint that's started however, so not sure what the issue is.

Hi @Benjamin Preminger - Thank you for raising this. This is actually an error in our documentation; it is not possible to create issues directly on the board when a sprint is in progress. I've now corrected the page.
