Hi everyone,
We have jira cloud instance (JSM, JWM, Confluence) and we use Azure AD and SSO to connect in the cloud instance.
we have created the user named connecteur.powerbi and we use this user to create Token and connectors (data sources) to export data from jira project to PowerBI.
but now, i am unable to connect to my jira instance using this user to update or create new data sources or token. hre is the message displayed when attempt to connect with this user.
Notice that no configuration have changed since my last connect with this user.

This is a Glitches from the Atlassian cloud site, Please raise a ticket to Atlassian technical team.
They will help you to resolve it from the Backend.

Can you please try to login in incognito tab..?
If facing the same issue, please try to login clicking on gmail

i have the same issue using private navigation windows in chrom (incognito tab ???).
the atlassian account in trouble is not associated with gmail account.
