I am not able to create Tasks or sub tasks from my atlassian jira Project

Hi,

i created a project in atlassian-jira web application i was able to create new tasks/

sub tasks in application. I made some changes in other project(1 have 4 project in my application) not in this one.

 

i am getting the error from the web application i am not using any apis/integration utils.

but i am getting "{"errorMessages":["Project: Project is required."],"errors":{}}" in chrome console with error code of 400

Those messages are the type returned from an api/integration, but as Jira Cloud uses its own external api to do most of the work, it's not unexpected for you to see those when using parts of it you think are part of the web application.

As they're part of the UI, it is likely that the fault is that you don't have "create issue" or "browse project" permission for the project, so Jira can't recognise what you're telling it.
