I am not able to create EPIC in JIRA Cloud, it gives me error. the Current user doesn't have delete all worklogs permission. Please help. Please find attached error screenshot.

Hi @Darshana Patil Do you know if there are any workflow functions configured in the Create transition of the workflow assigned to Epics?

Do you have the issue for all issue types in this project? For all epics in all projects? Has it worked before?

I suggest to get in touch with the project administrator or jira administrator first to double check if you have the necessary project permissions (create issues).

I would be helpful to know if no one can create an epic in this project (and get the same error) or if you are the only one.

Hi Dave,

I can create the Epic in Jira Align. I was creating in Jira CLoud and was getting the above error. Now the issue is resolved.
