How to view all approvers used on specific request type

Is there a way to pull all approvers from all workflows relating to a particular request type. 

I've noticed in Jira is an approver is no longer active the workflow logic breaks so I want to come up with a way to report on the approvers used on a particular request type. 

Either Powershell or GUI is fine.
