I integrated Jira with Palo Alto XSOAR , and even received a successful login message however when I move ahead and test the connection or am trying to create any issue via xsoar portal I am getting an error "Error in API call [403] - Forbidden".

I checked and have granted all the rest api permission as required by xsoar.

Can you help ?

Hi @Saket harsh ,

You can try the following:

1. Add these headers

'Authorization': 'Basic ZGFjcmVAb...',
'Accept': 'application/json'

2. Ensure that you have a Jira Software product. On-site, you may try creating a project and issue before attempting again.

Yesterday, I encountered this error for JSM, then I realized my trial had expired for the JSM I wanted to connect to. Consequently, I opened another site and created a new JSM.
