I have setup a process of issues creation via emails, where non-jira users will also send email to an specific email address and issues will get created in JIRA even if the sender is not JIRA User.
Now I want to send this update to non-Jira user who created the ticket vi email, that Issue has been resolved on issue resolution. How can I achieve the same without any other plugin or scripting.
Question is - do you have creator's origin email address? If you can have it somewhere (e.g. in description) you can use automation to get email address and set is as variable and use it in Send email action. I didn't test it but I would try go in that direction.

Hi @Sebastian Krzewiński Yes I do have that in Description, but I am quite not sure how to store it in any variable, however I know how to configure Automation. Could you please help me achieve that storing part.
