Can anyone tell me how to send sms notification in jira for creating issue in a jsd project

Hi Rajesh,

The easiest way is to use the automation feature for in project setting in JIRA which allows you to send an SMS.

You however need to have a Twilio account for this.

Potentially, you could also look at https://marketplace.atlassian.com/search?hosting=cloud&query=sms as one of these add-ons could fulfil what you are interested in.
