How to restrict create project access only to JIRA system admins

Hi,

Is there any way to restrict create new project access only to JIRA system admin?

Now any JIRA user is able to create new project so loosing setting consistency across projects.

I assume you are referring to the ability of users to create Next Gen (team) projects in Jira Cloud.

Note that the option is to allow/restrict users from the ability to create these projects.
