Hello,
After years loving using structures plugin in Jira On Premise, our company is moving to Jira Cloud and we are having to rebuild our structures.
One of the things i found very useful was to be able to reference within a formula the value of the custom columns that i had added in the structure. How should i be able to do this now?
An example:
- I create several time in status columns with different combinations of statuses
- I would then later calculate the "item health" based on the outcome of the validation of the values in the time in status columns. For example if "time since created" and "time in awaiting answer" higher than 10 days, then i would expose that our answer is delayed so i could easily see which tickets required a quicker action.
Could you please help?
Hello @Marta Elicegui ,
Unfortunately that is not yet possible on Cloud. However, it is one of the top items on our roadmap and I have added your vote as well.
As soon as there is an update to share, I will follow up here.
Best,
David
Thanks @David Niro , i guess that it will be difficult to know if this is likely to be available in the next couple of months? A rough timeline maybe?

Hi @Marta Elicegui ,
You are very welcome! Unfortunately, I do not have a date or timeline to share.
I did mean to share a link to our roadmap though, where you can see it's top 3. Will be in touch as soon as there is an update!
Best,
David

Hello @Marta Elicegui
It is now possible to reference complex variables in the Formula column, including the Time in Status column.
Please feel free to try it and if you need any help - please reach out to us directly at our support portal.
Best regards,
Stepan
