Hi folks,
we are using Jira Cloud + Tempo-Timesheets plugin.
We like to have "JIRA provided time tracking" as default time tracking provider.
Problem is, that every week or so, somehow Tempo-Timesheets "takes control" and sets itself as default time tracking provider for issues.
Any ideas how to prevent this?
Thank you so much,
Georg
Georg,
This sounds like a bug and I would suggest submitting a ticket to tempo support. Sounds like everytime an update occurs to the temp application your settings are changed back to tempo. At least that is what I am assuming is happening. You can contact tempo support here: https://tempo-io.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/6/user/login?destination=portal%2F6
