Hi Team,
There is a need to move all the backlog items from next Gen project to classical Project.
what permissions we need to do the same.
regards,
Sachin
Hi @Sachin Vashistha - There's a page on Atlassian's documentation that covers the bulk move process for next-gen to classic. You can check it out here.
Hope that helps!

Hi Sachin,
it is perfectly possible to move issues from a next-gen project to classic projects. Please make sure to have the "Make bulk changes" global permission and at least the "Create Issues" project permission in the target project.
Best, Max

Sure thing! Let's assume you already have the necessary permissions.
Head over to the issue navigator and search for all the issues you want to move from the next-gen project. Are you familiar with JQL to build a query returning the desired issues? For example, filtering for the issue status and issues with no sprint assigned could be reasonable. You know best what identifies those issues. If you need support with the query let me know.
When you filtered all of the issues, use the available bulk operations in the issue navigator (doc: Editing multiple issues at the same time). You can find it in the upper right:
Then you select the "Move Issues" operation and just follow the process.
Do you need additional help?
Best, Max
