How to move a project from one cloud instance to another cloud instance.

Hi,

I tried to transfer a project from one jira cloud instance to another jira cloud instance using the "Back-up Manager" method and then "Import Jira Cloud".

Due to the fact that the  (.zip)  archive has a very large size, 46 GB, it is impossible to manipulate. For small archives up to 1 MB, the process runs ok (on test trial instances).

In my situation, one option is to contact the atlassian support department for such sizes of the .zip archive.

Does anyone know another method to transfer a full project to a new Cloud instance?

You can do this using the "Copy product data" tools.
