We are working on an integration that is being blocked because the Tempo Account field is required. Is it possible to have this custom field not required for certain projects?

Can you check if the field is made mandatory in the workflow validator.
And if the Workflow is being used in multiple projects you would need to take copy of the workflow and the workflow scheme and associate the project to the workflow scheme and remove the valiator from the workflow
