How to make "Original Estimate" field as mandatory while creating any issue?

Original Estimate field is system field soo i am not able to add this field in any screens.

You can add the original estimate field in your create screen with no problem (add the Time Tracking field):

And if you want to make it mandatory then either add a validator, or make that field required via the Field configuration.

as I know, the field Original Estimate is part of the time tracking pack, and this field cannot be selected via the field configuration. On the other hand, this is possible to make it mandatory via the Behaviours facility from Adaptavist
