I have had Excel sheet of issue list including closed or ongoing issues, and want to import all of them into Jira project. Then want to display them on Created versus Resolved Issues gadget.
I could not find CREATED DATE or CLOSED DATE in field mapping selection of importing process.
How to import these dates into Jira project, and display Created versus Resolved Issues graph correctly?
@Bastian Stehmann
Thank you for reply!
I understand these fields names, but I can not find these fields in "Jira Field" selection list of Map fields. which is 3rd step of "Import issues from CSV".

Maybe you can not select them because you are currently looking with a field with a number. Are they also missing with fields, that have a date (according to the date format configured in step 2)?

Hi, @Bastian Stehmann ,
I found another import function page which includes Date created and Date resolved as Jira fields selection list.
"Import Issue from CSV" from the drop down menu of the Issues at the top panel does not carries this functionality to update issue. On the other hand "External System Import" (Setting -> System) has Date created/resolved in Jira fields selection list.

Hi @ichirof ,
great to hear that. Yes, that's right. The Import from the issues menu is a bit more limited in functionality.
