How to get the list of files with custom modifications in Jira 7.3.3

Hi,

we are trying to upgrade from 7.3.3 to 8.13.0 . 

Two questions:

* Is it possible to migrate directly or we require to go to an intermediate version.

* How to get the list of files with custom modificatons in our Jira 7.3.3, (as requested in   https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver/preparing-for-the-upgrade-966063325.html, section "Get your list of files with custom modifications"):

The pre-upgrade planning tool (https://confluence.atlassian.com/support/pre-upgrade-planning-tool-973479832.html) does not work for us because our current Jira is 7.3.3 (it works since Jira 7.4.3).
The ASTS plugin (Troubleshooting and Support - Jira add-on) does not show a "Plan your upgrade" option.

Look at the "system information" page under admin, there is a section there with "modified files" listed.  It will almost always report one file, a properties file that defines the home directory, and that one can be ignored.  It's if any other file is reported here you will need to check and possibly re-apply changes.

I would not recommend an upgrade directly to 8.13 for you.  I would not want to upgrade anything lower than 7.8 to 8.13 directly.  An upgrade from 7.3 to 7.13 is usually painless though, and 7.13 to 8.anything even less painful!
