How to export a JWM project complete with all attachment and comments

I need to export all the records in a JWM project, along with all comments and attachments in order to pass them to a third party as the evidence as part of an audit.

All the export options I have found so far do not include the attachments for a Jira  record.

Any ideas how to achieve this?

(It is just a single project we need to export not our full Jira environment so the Jira Cloud back and export is not suitable either)

Hello, Good day. Will the third party team import the project into another Jira cloud instance to review ?. .CSV file will be the best option, all comments and location of the attachment will be included (not the actual attachment).
