How to download Jira workflow with its description for the presentation purpose?

Hello! I'd like to download Jira workflow with its description for the presentation purpose. I'd like to have that file in word/pdf format to share it with different stakeholders. Is it possible? If yes, can you please describe how it can be done?

The only "download" of a workflow in Jira is an export to xml, suitable for using in another Jira system.  I assume you don't want to use that in a presentation.

Your only option for a diagram is to take a screenshot of one of the views (edit or "show workflow" on the issue view).  You'll then need to pad it out with whatever description you need, plus explanations of where and how conditions, validators, post-functions, triggers, listeners, automations and so-on are used in it.
