How to disable JIRA system prompt while creating an issue

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
I have a ScriptRunner script to pre-populate default templates to a description field based on the selected issue type.
The script works properly, we can see different templates in the description fields while switching between the issue types. However, there would be a system notification.
We are looking for a way to disable this notification.
I have tried putting the script in a server-side script but that way we won't be able to edit the description field, the value we put in got cleared out once click outside the field.
