How to customize displayed parameters on backlog cards?

By default, the backlog cards display parameters like Ticket Type, Request Key, Epic, Due Date, Status, Priority, and Assigned Person. I would like to add more parameters to the card layout, but I can't find where to make these changes. Could you guide me on how to customize the parameters displayed on the backlog cards?

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

What type of project are you using? Get that information from the View All Projects page under the Projects menu.

Card customization is not available for all boards and all project types. It may not be available for the board/project type you are using.

I am using a Scrum project based on the Scrum template.

Please get the Project Type information from the View All Projects page under the Projects menu. Find your project in that list and tell us what it says in the Type column.

You say you are working with Scrum, so you are probably working with a Software project. But it could be either Company Managed or Team Managed.

Card Layout modifications will be available only for Company Managed Software projects, not Team Managed Software projects.

There is a change request about supporting card layout customization for Team Managed Software projects. You can add your vote to it here:

You can try to add the field in card layout. 

Click on three dots on Right Corner of board

Board Settings>Card Layout and add fields as required.

Let me know if this works.

In the board settings, I don't see an option for card layout.
