Hi Team,

How to create a service account in JIRA which service-now team can use and also provide oauth token ID for them to connect to our jira instance.

Can you please help out in resolving this.Actually we are planning to integrate Service Now with JIRA.

@Nagendra babu Peddiboyina - any luck integrating ServiceNow with Jira?

Just as described in this thread:

1. Create a normal user account
2. Grant the user account access to the Jira projects it should view and/or modify, then
3. Generate an API token the account can use for authentication
