How to create Jira diagrams using custom content

I see that there are multiple reports available as standard...burndown, etc.  But I want to create some custom reports that show, for example, how many story points are allocated for each sprint member for each sprint, and other similar reports...the standard reports want to generate reports based upon their own determination of what the correct content is.

Jira does not provide a generic report creation engine to let you design your own reports. It provides some built in reports, and it provides some built-in Dashboard Gadgets that can display information based on filtered issues.

If you want to develop completely custom reports you will have to invest in a third party app that can access the Jira system and provides you with an engine for customizing the reporting of that data.

Here is a basic search from the Atlassian Marketplace for apps using "custom reporting" as the search criteria.

You will need to refine the search on the left to identify your hosting type (server or data center or cloud) and optionally set other criteria, like only Free apps.
