How to control automation flow from activity to next.

In the below "Manually triggered" automation (refer image) we need the last action of updating Summary should run only after the UID is generated in 2nd step.

However as per the Log data (in Step 3), the last step of editing "Summary" is executed before the Training UID is getting updated. Is there a way to correct this?

I would put in one or more Re-fetch issue actions just before the update to the Summary field.
