How to change the due date format in issues , JIRA core cloud

Hi, I have the same issue, but I see format correctly but can not edit it correctly, so in the end I do not see it correctly. I need to be able to set u date and hours:minutes. But even the minutes are shown there (set up default is midnight 00:00), but I can edit only date without time, how do I change the time? thank you

I'm not sure if I completely understood your issue, but it seems you are trying to add time (Hours and minutes) to the due date field. Is that correct?

The due date field is a system date picker field that is used to fill the date when the issue is estimated to be closed, so you can not add specific time to it.

If you want to also specify a due date and time to your issues, I suggest creating a Date & Time Picker custom field:
