Please help on automating executing sql test cases in sql server created on X-ray and it should pass and fail automatically.

Xray is manily a test management tool, not a test automation tool. It can store your test cases an track results of executions but it doesn‘t automate the test operations.
After executing tests with a test automation tool the result files can be imported into xray to store the results as test executions (with the execution status).
