Hi @Raiya Sarath ,

The project, you are working in team managed project. As mentioned earlier you can do only on company managed projects.

Jira admins can view the projects details on the right hand side top corner and by clicking projects we can see type of the project

Hi @Raiya Sarath ,

Jira has two types of projects.

  1. Team Managed Projects
  2. Company Managed projects

For team managed projects, customized workflow can't be associated.

For company managed projects, you can associate customized workflows.

You no need to create workflow for every project. You can reuse/associate same workflow schema for multiple projects.

May be your are new,  please go through the documentation.

I want to create a workflow for my company, no need me to always create the workflow when I create a new project. Currently, anytime that I create a new project, I have to create a workflow. It is consume a lot of time to do. it sound Jira is not really fit with my need that I should change to another one. I have spend 10K USD to subscribe for a very inconvenient project management software.

Hi @Raiya Saratht,

You can associate workflow schema for the company managed projects only.  You can't associate to the team managed projects.
