How i can Hide or delete "None" Select List (cascading)

How i can Hide or delete "None" Select List (cascading)

can anyone Suggest Even after making. Parent(some x) & child(some y) defaults

still i can see "None" in drop down for both parent & child

can anyone suggest any behavior script? Or any work around to hide "None"
