We've recently started using next-gen projects for our work in JIRA. THey've worked pretty well, except that we can't seem to get the GitHub integration back. We've got branches following the Smart commit format, but branches, commits, and pull requests aren't visible on the issue. Is there a step we need to take aside from enabling the Github for JIRA app and adding our organizations?
