How do I provide access to my coworker. Who is the admin who can help me with this

Couple questions:

1. Are you the project admin? If so you can them to the project.

2. If you aren't the project admin, contact the project admin to add them.

FYI: the Jira admin, by default, has no rights in projects unless they are on the permission scheme or in a role in the project.

Hi @Swapnil,

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

That is a question you should ask your Jira admin and if you do not know who that is I would start with asking your IT helpdesk. This community is made up of mainly Atlassian customers and we have no access or insight to other customers instances.
