How do I get user groups based on the user in jira

When i searched in community i got like users names based on the group but i need list of groups based on each  user. 

an you please assist me to have script for scriptrunner?

If you want to find the groups for a single (or few) user then go to settings > user management, find user and show details. if you want to inspect at large export to excel and include group membership in the export.

Thanks for your response I'm looking for larger export for all the 1000 users groups list in jira

And we are not having export option in there so i'm looking for any script that will help in UI itself. Can you please assist on this?

I am not aware of a script for this. It appears you have Scriptrunner so I would check the documentation for that. Also check the APIs as it is very likely that is an option.
