I created Template for a story but the Acceptance criteria does not populate in the Acceptance Criteria field. How can I make this happen?

If you are using the script runner for Jira plugin then you can add a custom text to auto filled while creating an issue through script runner behavior, please check the below documents for more details for how to add a specify the custom field in behavior to pre-populate the text in field.
