How do I fix the "Session is Expired" Issue after successful connection 2 SFDC Sandbox to Jira Cloud

I have been getting the error "The session has expired. Please refresh the page" error after I make the connection from SFDC to Jira. I have refreshed the page several times, checked the connection on the Jira end and SFDC end. All seems to be connected just fine. None of the mappings are working at all despite doing everything as instructed by ServiceRocket videos on YouTube. Please help!

In regards to the issue that you are seeing, this is most commonly due to the Remote Site Settings not being properly set.  You can follow the steps found in the documentation here to resolve the issue.
