Currently attempting to stand up a PoC of an Amazon Q for business chatbot. I have created an API key and configured everything according to the documentation. However, when I attempt to ask Amazon Q the sample prompt of "Create an issue in Jira", I return "Sorry, I could not find relevant information to complete your request".

After querying Amazon Q a few times, I checked the API key I had created and it stated that it had not been referenced.

Wondering if this is an auth configuration issue on the Jira end? Otherwise will move this question over to AWS.

Hello, Good day. I believe you have created a new user account on Jira (to create API token) and used this API token on AWS end. I would like to confirm that this user account has access to Jira software. Check if you could login and create an issue using this user account (from a web browser).
