How do I customize the "Help Center" in Service Desk 2.0? I upgraded to be able to use the Help Center, but have not figured out how/where to go to customize the Help Center ..../servicedesk/customer/portals
Go to the Service Desk project that you created. Go to the Administration tab, click "Service Desk" on the nav bar on the left, and then "Customer Portal" on that page. I think this should get you what you need.
