How do I create custom priorities?

Hi there,

Hoping this isn't a stupid question - but we're building a new project in our instance and ideally would like for it to feature a custom priority level for specific types of requests (that are urgent & same-day, but don't fit the bracket for P0).

I can't seem to find any way to do this within the project. Is there any way to do it at at all? We'd like the priority to sit above P0 (as in, more urgent - but with its own custom name).

That's actually a great question. Although not yet available, what you described is coming soon to Cloud. Several discussions have been about that, and I'm glad Atlassian is currently working on it. Have a look at the links below to learn more.
