How do I check the log of user/admin actions?

For example, if I, or someone else, deletes an issue, where can I see a log of those type of actions?

I could see an existing ticket https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-59371 to provide an Audit Log for Deleted Issues in JIRA.
