How do I change the layout of the Release view?

Hi all,

I'm using 'Releases' aka 'Fix Versions' to track stuff that we're pushing to production. 

If there a way I can change the layout / fields that appear on the Release / Fix Version when I open it from the 'Releases' view in Jira?

For example, if you look at the below screen shot, I'd like to remove the 'Give this section a name' bit and make the 'Description' (currently only on the right hand blade) appear on the main part of the page.

What a bummer... why isn't this release view treated like issue types that I can simply configure. 

For me, this has the impact of confusing non-technical stakeholders.

Don't think it's possible to move anything else, besides clicking the "arrow button" to hide it.
