I'm not sure that I understand your question. Can you provide more information?
Are you working with Jira Cloud or Jira Server/DC?
Are you talking about an Automation Rule? If so, is the rule not running as you expect it to? Is it not running at all, or getting an error, or running some times but not at other times you expect?
