Hi @Admin Cyberconverse The above steps are correct. If you are a site/org admin that URL should work. Try the following: Go to the go wheel > User Management Products > Products URL Click update URL Let me know if that works.

I am trying to change the product URL in my Jira account. I could not able to change the product URL. The update URL option is hidden or not working. I am trying to below-mentioned steps. But this method is not possible. Please help me , how can I change product url in the jira account.

update a product URL:

The above steps are correct. If you are a site/org admin that URL should work. Try the following:

Go to the go wheel > User Management
Products > Products URL
Click update URL

Let me know if that works.
