How can I see updates in Smart Sheets immediately after updating tasks in Jira?

I am using Smart Sheets plug in for Jira and it seems to be taking a long time (24hrs) for the two applications to sync with updated dates and task. 

Is there a way for me to push updates immediately between both applications?
