I m with the role: ORG & SITE ADMIN
I created a search filter and try to do some analysis of resolution time of each ticket, which I added some columns into the search result like "Time to first response, time to resolution"
but I saw "Restrict Service Desk Agent" shown on screen.
I do some research here, most are pointing to " Service Desk functionality and specially SLA feature. "
How can I able to see those information?
Message say that you don'y have assigned JSM agent license. Some JSM data require this license.

Got it. So how can I see/manage this "JSM agent License" as my company account is managed by 3rd party vendor.
