I utilized the "group by" feature to categorize my tickets according to their respective labels. Apart from the specific groups I created, there is another group labeled "All other issues" which shares the same initiatives present in the other groups. Each of the initiatives that belong to this group has a label assigned to it.
My question is: How can I remove the group "All other issues" from my plan view?
Check if there are any child issues that do not have the labels you are grouping by. If they don't then they will display in the 'All others issues' group and depending on how you have the hierarchy set under 'Filter' it will display the parents too which at first glance look to be duplicate.
As an example, if your plan is showing Epic and Story make sure both levels have the label. Otherwise both will show in both the label grouping and 'All other issues' grouping.
Where there is no clash, the 'All other issues' grouping will disappear.
Hi did you find any workaround or solution for this? I am encountering the same problem with my plan which is causing some confusion as to why it it showing up twice.
