I created a few tickets in To Do. Unfortunately somehow I'm not able to move the tickets to other columns (in progress, qa, done). I work in a team managed board and I'm the administrator of the project.

What happens when you try to move the issues to another column?
Can you show us the Workflow Diagram for the issues? You would find that by going to Project Settings, then Issue Types. Then click on the issue type on the left for the type of issue in your board. Click on the Edit Workflow button in the upper right corner to reveal the Workflow Diagram for that issue type.
