How can I add additional type to Jira Scrum backlog. There is only Bug, story and task

It should be visible. I assume you have more issue types assigned to your project?

Is there any issue created with that type?

Sure Tansu. I have issues for Sub-task also. I can see Sub-task in Active sprint, but not in backlog.

Sub-Tasks are not displayed in the backlog as it's use to plan work and a Story or Task is considered as Done when all subtask are done, so if you plan a Story in a Sprint it means all subtask are planned as well. If not it means you plan to start work you will not finish during the sprint so your story is too big and need to be split.
