How Can I Get a Next Gen Kanban Board to Show My New Issue Types?

I have a Software Next Gen project, and we want to use a Kanban board, but the Kanban board only displays Tasks, Epics, and Subtasks.

Why won't the board show the new Issue Types that I created?
