Hello All, I have a customer who is integrating Test complete into Zephyr Squad. The customer seems to be able to Log into test complete just fine but when they try to log into Zephr squad which is one of the apps in Jira, through the preferences in test complete it fails and says wrong username and password. Usually we log into Jira via WSSO in our facility. We have their windows credentials as backup in case we cannot use WSSO. Has anyone ever done this before? Please Advise! I will try and contact smartbear the manufacturer of the product next. I just don't think they can help because they have nothing to do with our users and passwords in our facility.

They will receive lots of different support requests, so might have had something similar to this in the past!

I have contacted smart bear about this issue and they require you to have an active service account before they will give you any support. Just FYI...
