The past wek, in the issues list view, I was able to group by category.
Now, this grouping feature doesn' work. Is there any problrem with this function?
Hello @Miguel Angel
Welcome to the Atlassian community.
You have posted this question in the Jira Service Management board, but grouping by Category is a feature of Jira Work Management projects. Can you confirm if you are working with a Jira Service Management project or a Jira Work Management project?
A Jira Work Management project will show navigation options across the top of the screen like Summary, Board, List, Calendar. A Service Management project will show navigation options on the left like Queues, Raise a Request, Knowledge Base.
Also, please provide more details about how the function is not working the way you expect it to.
Yes, sorry, I use JIRA WOrk management. There's an option in the list view to group by status, category, priority or assigned person. Category, it allways worked and grouped the issues by categories. But from past week, it doesn't group. If you click group by category, all the issues dissapear and only group by "No classified" issue.
Thanks!

Can you provide screen images that show categories assigned to the issues, and then a screen image for what you see when you try to Group By Category?

In the image 1 you can see all the issues with many different categories:
Image 2. I click group by category, then it's grouped, but only in "Sin clasificar" group. The rest of the categories are not grouped!! There are no more filters! Just screen in picture1, the group by>categories, and only shows one category!!!

Are you working with a Team Managed project or a Company Managed project? That information will be shown at the bottom of the navigation panel on the left.
