We have multiple forms for users to fill out that can create tickets through scripts in the sheets that are attached to the form. As of this week, we are getting the following error.

TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'accountId') |
It seems as though the API is no longer passing the accoutId to the script. So I guess my question is, has there been changes to the API that would have broken this function in our scripts? That's my only guess as to why the scripts would have broken without anyone touching the scripts. I can post one of the scripts as well if that would help identify the problem as any help would be greatly appreciated.
