GitHub for Jira not working after removing and re-adding

I had installed GitHub for Jira on my Jira Cloud. After some struggling with it I decided to remove and re-add it again. Removing seemed to work seemlesly. Unfortunately re-adding didn't work. When trying to configure I get a white blank screen. There a tons of errors in the dev console though. I tried to logout / login again, deleted localStorage and cookies. Nothing seemed to work.
